The deal
PictureZ.com builds custom websites and provides AI receptionist subscriptions for local businesses. These terms cover both. By using our services you agree to them.
What you get
- Website ($199 one-time): a custom, mobile-first one-page website for your business, built from the details you give us, plus hosting and reasonable updates.
- AI Receptionist ($149/month): a 24/7 AI phone and message receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and follows up with leads.
- Bundle ($299 one-time + $99/month): both of the above.
Payment
The website is paid once, up front. The AI receptionist is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't do contracts, retainers, or surprise invoices.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information about your business (name, services, hours, photos you have the right to use) and you own or license the content you provide. You're responsible for how your business is presented, including any claims you make about your own services.
Fair use
We won't build sites that are deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal, and we may decline work that is. If a customer's use of our services breaks the law or our acceptable-use rules, we can suspend or terminate the service.
Liability
We provide the services as-is and to a professional standard, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, lost revenue from a temporary outage). Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
