What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our contact form or by email: your name, your business name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a demo website for your business, and (if you become a customer) build, host, and support your site and AI receptionist. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details until you ask us to delete them, or until they're clearly no longer relevant. Customer data is kept for the life of the service plus a reasonable period afterward to meet record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email help@telbuddy.com.
