Before you book

Four little rules for a better visit

Waxing and lashing are 50% technique, 50% preparation. Follow these and your appointment will be faster, more comfortable, and last longer.

Come clean

Arrive with no makeup, no moisturizer, and no lash glue on your face. Clean skin = better wax grab and longer lash retention.

Give hair 2 weeks

Hair needs about 1/4 inch for the wax to grab. That's roughly two weeks since your last wax or a week of growth after shaving.

Skip the caffeine

Caffeine makes skin more sensitive. A big water and a snack beforehand will do more for your comfort than any numbing spray.

Respect the retinol pause

Retinoids and chemical exfoliants thin the skin; stop them 7 days before waxing to avoid lifting or irritation.
