Our Philosophy
Santa Fe moves at its own pace, and so do we. Sage & Salt was founded on a simple idea: a spa visit shouldn't feel like a checklist of services. It should feel like a pause you can carry home with you. Every visit opens with a cup of herbal tea and a conversation about what your body has been holding, and ends with a written take-home ritual you can actually stick to.

Our oils, scrubs, and masks are blended in-house from plants that are actually in season in the high desert.
Every therapist holds an NM license plus 200+ hours of continuing education. This is their craft, not a side gig.
