Sam started Fluff & Suds in 2013 after a decade in high-volume grooming shops where dogs went in and out like numbers. Here, it's one groomer per dog, an appointment every 45 minutes, never double-booked, and your pup's stress level is the boss. If they're not enjoying it, we stop, reschedule, and don't charge.
