Walk-ins welcome for diagnostics; booking a time means you skip the line. Either way, the $49 diagnostic is credited to any repair.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay. The 'No Fix, No Fee' guarantee covers every quoted repair; we only charge for work we complete.
Can you help remotely?
Yes, most software issues, virus clean-outs, and tune-ups are done securely over a remote session, usually within the hour.
Do you back up my data first?
Always. Before any repair that touches storage we create a free image of your drive, so your files are safe even if the repair goes sideways.
